Warranty & Support
We use the best components to ensure our virtual reality platforms are sturdy and durable for all day operation. This, in turn, guarantees maximum revenue and minimum downtime.
All our entertainment platforms come with one year warranty on hardware (excluding the virtual reality headset- which is covered under the manufacturers' warranty, and wear-and-tear) and lifetime warranty on software and technical support.
SUPPORT:
We offer one of the longest running technical support hours per day in the industry to ensure that our team of experts are available to answer questions or troubleshoot issues.
